Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Service Center Representative Team Lead to join our Rehabilitation Call Center team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position Summary:
Provides support to the department/site ensuring quality service through timely and courteous assistance. Provides service and support to patients who request our care. The incumbent will be expected to comply with the standards of Personalized Care and Customer Service, and conduct themselves in a manner which reflects the values of PNHS. Leads and supports the Service Center’s daily operations by matching staffing needs to the phone processes and measures tied to operational service goals. Supports organizational service goals and adheres to processes attached to operational expectations to meet those goals. Functions as a part of the Service Center Team to ensure continual quality improvements are in place to meet service goals.
Work Schedule:
8:30AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years scheduling experience.
- Computer skills required.
- Critical thinking to manage the complexity of using multiple processes and applications while supporting patient safety needs and experience.
- Strong verbal communication, human relations sensitivity, listening and telephone etiquette skills. Medical terminology knowledge desirable.
- Accurate keyboarding skills.
- Ability to promote and maintain good patient relations and patient confidentiality.
- Ability to lead and develop staff in a respectful and supportive manner that fosters a positive and successful team environment.
- Enjoys working with numbers and measures that support the service goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and structured environment
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to key for long periods of time
- Good listener
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide effective feedback
- Must be proficient in the operation of the following types of equipment: telephone and headsets, PC, printer, photo copier and fax machine.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Call Center experience desired. Previous leadership experience desired.
