TRIA is looking to hire a Concierge to join our Orthopedic team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position Summary:
The main responsibility of the concierge staff is to meet, welcome, and direct every guest who enters the building. Concierge staff is the first point of contact with guests, and their primary responsibility exists to serve the guests first.
Work Schedule:
Casual Concierge position, Monday-Friday, Varied day and evening hours, up to 46 hours per two-week pay period. This is not an on-call position. Schedule available 45 days in advance.
Required Qualifications:
- Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
- 3 – 5 years of working in public settings as a receptionist, concierge or other guest contact experience required.
- Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.
- Requires knowledge of handicap equipment (wheelchair, walker, crutches, etc.) and how to assist guests.
