Registered Nurse - SDS/PACU at HealthPartners

Job Descrption

As a Registered Nurse - SDS/PACU, you will manage and provide direct and indirect nursing care. You will be responsible for the direction and supervision of ancillary personnel assigned to patients.

 

Work Schedule: 0.5 FTE Days/Evenings, M-F, 10 hours shifts with call requirements weekday & weekends. 

 

Required Qualifications:

Required:

  • Associate's degree in Nursing required.
  • Current Minnesota RN license with regular renewal.
  • Current BLS - American Heart Association or BLS - American Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider).
  • Current ACLS.
  • Current PALS or ENPC within 6 months of start date.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
  • Previous related health care experience.
  • Assessment of care of all pre and post-op surgical/orthopedic and general medical patients.
  • Knowledge and care of patients on anticoagulation protocol.
  • Knowledge and care in the use of all specialized orthopedic equipment.
