Location: Hillside Centre Brent Start and other locations.
An experienced SEND Teacher/Lecturer/Tutor required to support adults with SEND in an OFTSED rated Good Adult learning Programme, which forms part of Brent Council’s Adult and Community Learning Provision.

The Post
To plan and deliver a creative and innovative quality learning programme to take into account individual student needs, abilities, background and experience. Using a variety of teaching methods and appropriate resources, to enable students to maximise their learning and develop confidence and the ability to learn independently and in a group.
The PersonYou will have experience and passion for working with and supporting SEND learners (at least 2 years’ experience). Your experience can be within EYFS, Secondary or post 16 SEND including experience of working with awarding bodies and how they execute exams and accreditations.
You are required to understand delivering teaching across a range of disciplines i.e., maths, English Digital skills, social skills, enrichment, employability skills and other programme related activities.
