Contract: Permanent
Hours of work: 36 hours per week
Location: Civic Centre and other locations from time to time

An exciting opportunity to join the Property and Assets Team as an estate surveyor, working on projects to drive forward key strategic and operational land and property projects.

The Post The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in improving the management of real estate interests across the portfolio.  You will be involved in a variety of strategic and operational projects and deal with all aspects of estate management. The role involves management of diverse land and property portfolio including property management, dealing with rent and arrears, data and valuation, energy efficiency and accessibility and landlord and tenant issues to provide sustainable land use and deliver best practice. The Person We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual with experience and up to date knowledge of best practice and innovation in property, data analysis, and a proven ability to build constructive and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including senior managers. You will possess excellent project management skills and the ability to support and deliver corporate and business strategy through best use of data.  You will have an innovative and collaborative approach and be skilled at identifying and delivering solutions to improve service delivery.
