As an Occupational Therapy Assistant in Brent Adult Social Care, you’ll respond to those in need of social care support and utilise appropriate interventions. At Brent we use a strength-based approach to promote the independence, interests, and rights of our residents and their families.

You will be passionate about working with vulnerable adults and providing an excellent service to our users.
A good understanding of relevant Adult Social Care and Housing legislation is also essential for success, and you will have the opportunity to put this into practice and develop your experience.
You will be able to work independently towards deadlines and manage situations as they change. You will have excellent communication skills and experience of working in a health or social care setting.
Skills in prioritisation, caseload management, time management, and multi-disciplinary working are also necessary.
We will provide training for an exceptional candidate who cannot demonstrate all of the above criteria.
