Salary range: £58,248 - £61,617 p.a. inc. London weighting

The Digital Transformation team is responsible for the delivery of Brent’s Digital Strategy. This includes work streams on Access, Digital inclusion, Data and smart devices and developing the borough to be a Digital Place.
The post holder will report to the Head of Digital Transformation and will be responsible for leading on various programmes and initiatives independently in line with Brent’s Digital Strategy. They will be required to engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the Digital Strategy and management of expectations.

You must be able to identify and raise any issues that may impact the achievement of the programmes objectives. It is important that you are able to build and maintain strong relationships, both internally and externally.
We are looking for someone who has a skillset which could be applied to this type of role, can take the initiative and can work well within a fast paced and friendly team.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in successfully supporting and delivering improvement programmes in a complex multi-partner environment.
You will be familiar with a range of best practice change management, service improvement and programme management tools and techniques.
You will be customer focused and passionate about improving the services offered and delivered to our residents and customers. You will be skilled at building trust and developing collaborative relationships.
