The Post This is an exciting opportunity for a person with significant experience and strong leadership skills; whom respects and values each individual through person centred ethos, to join as Deputy Manager at the Ade Adepitan Short Break Centre. Ideally you have direct experience being involved with CQC or Ofsted inspection and you are aware of expectations from CQC and Ofsted Inspections.The role involves working in our in-house unique provision, to lead best practice in supporting children and young people with; autistic spectrum disorders, profound disabilities and complex health needs and learning disabilities for the highest standard of care.
