We are recruiting an Insurance Officer to join our Insurance Team.
As an Insurance Officer you will assist the Principal Insurance Officers in reviewing and setting up new claims. You will also be responsible for managing your own claims portfolio from cradle to grave, negotiating claim settlements and arranging claim payments.
You will be responsible for managing the insurance inbox and working with various service areas and members of the public on various Insurance related queries.
You will be expected to report KPI’s to the Insurance Manager and assist with various Insurance related projects.
The Insurance team sits within the Assurance and Resilience Department
