The role
In this essential role, you'll play a crucial part in improving Housing Revenue Account (HRA) outcomes. Your main tasks will involve maximising income and managing costs efficiently across the Housing Department. You will collaborate closely with various teams to streamline financial processes and pinpoint areas for enhancement. Your efforts will be vital in maintaining our financial well-being and ensuring smooth operations.

About you
We’re looking for a someone who can work independently but also collaboratively with colleagues at various levels. Understanding service charge legislation and basic Local Authority accounting practices is preferred. Financial literacy is a must, as well as the ability to interpret complex data and communicate effectively. You will need to be proactive and knowledgeable about legal frameworks, you'll play a vital role in maximising income and ensuring compliance.
