The role
As the Personal Assistant to the Chief Digital & Information Officer, you will be pivotal in providing seamless support to the operation of our technology, data and customer services leadership. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and are accustomed to flexible, dynamic ways of working.
You’ll be a creative thinker who can use your knowledge, judgement and initiative to ensure that the CDIO's time is managed in the most effective and efficient way. You'll act as the primary point of contact for the CDIO with both internal and external stakeholders and coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops and events that foster collaboration and innovation within the digital and technology teams. You will work closely with other Personal Assistants across a large, fast paced and complex organisation to ensure that departmental business is monitored and aligned with strategic objectives.
About you
You will have substantial experience of providing quality PA support at a senior management level and experience of working in either local government or in a digitally mature organisation would be preferable. You will be a resilient individual that can work well as part of a team, and thrives well working in an empowered environment. You will have an exceptional eye for detail and need to be able to work using sound judgement, and your own initiative to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
You will be an extremely customer focused individual, who has experience of developing good relationships with a range of staff and customers – including elected Members.
