Job Details
The role is based within our Revenues Helpdesk. You will be supervising, monitoring, coaching and providing help and guidance to our team of Customer Service Advisors and Revenues Assistants who deal with telephone calls in respect of council tax, rent enquiries, Scottish welfare fund grants and payments for a range of services.
You will earn a competitive salary of £28,251.00 - £31,179.00 and have access to a range of benefits including local and national discounts for supermarkets, restaurants and retail.

The Person
You should have experience of providing excellent customer service, have good communication skills including written correspondence and have supervisory skills or be knowledgeable about council tax, rent or Scottish welfare fund grants.
Previous experience in a customer service environment is essential.as the role will occasionally require you to speak with or correspond with customers.
You must have the ability to use multiple IT systems and have excellent administrative skills.
