About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Waiter/ess to join Amara Lounge in Jumeirah Living Marina Gate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Provide guests a unique and outstanding experience. 
• Exhibit a friendly and professional demeanor in all guest interactions, 
• warmly welcome and orient guests and provide effective and efficient guest service.
• Must possess extensive knowledge in F&B Service and answer all queries associated with it.  
• Provide proficient and professional Food & Beverage service to the guests by meeting and where possible, exceeding their expectations.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Essential:
•   University Degree preferably in hospitality management 
•   Minimum 1 year of experience in a Food and Beverage Service outlet in a 5 star property 
•   Basic Computer Knowledge
•   Accustomed to handling customer complaints
•   Good interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English
•   Able to work with emotional intelligence during the guest interaction to anticipate and fulfil the guests needs.
•   Should be able quickly learn and adapt to a new work environment.
