To ensure the enforcement of TGP rules and provide crowd control in an efficient manner throughout the areas as necessary to ensure the guest`s safety an enjoyable experience.
Attends to all guest’s reasonable request and enquiries.
Ensures security of cash, ticket stubs and equipment in TGP
Performs duties in all front of house positions
Participates in conducting all guest programs including Camping in the Rainforest, Birthday Parties and events, Summer camp, exclusive tours as needed.
Operates automated ticketing system and POS.
Assists in acknowledgement of delivery and dispatch of materials to and from the TGP in the absence of the Duty Manager
Provides support with advertising and promotional events as required.
Handles day to day accounting and end of shift financial matters.
Adheres to all policies and procedures.
Adheres to the highest standards of Animal Welfare and Safe Handling of Animals for programs.
Assist in all emergency and health and safety policies and procedures.
Assist as required in ensuring all presentations and standards are achieved.
Completes assigned tasks within given deadlines.
Performs any other duties as required by the Management.
Performs all related guest service functions to provide excellent support and service.
Follow, implement and train on HACCP procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Implement Work Culture: Clean, Tidy & Presentable
Participates in animal handling training and conducts all animal handling in a professional manner in accordance to SOPs.
Ensures to stay up to date on all new Animal Handbook information to be able to discuss with guests and cover all front of house biome guest facing positions.
