PURPOSE
Ensure that the property and assets are maintained in the highest order through the implementation of the “Jumeirah Engineering Management System” and through effective use of materials. This includes total preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns, replacement, refurbishing and repairing etc. May include training and assessing of other technicians and general assistants.
