Collective Crowd Management Ltd is currently seeking a highly skilled and reliable SIA Door Supervisor to join our team in the security and events industry. As a leading provider of crowd management services, we are dedicated to ensuring the safety of our clients' events, venues, and customers.

As a SIA Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure and safe environment for all patrons, employees, and assets. You will be expected to employ your knowledge and expertise in monitoring, controlling entry and exit points, and handling difficult situations with composure and tact.

Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough security checks of individuals and their belongings upon entry
• Monitoring and managing crowds to prevent any disruptions or incidents
• Identifying and diffusing potentially volatile situations in a calm and professional manner
• Communicating effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to security
• Managing access control systems and patrols to detect and address any suspicious or unauthorized activities
• Providing exceptional customer service by efficiently responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns raised by patrons or staff
• Preparing and submitting accurate incident reports and maintaining detailed records of all security-related activities

Requirements

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings, as required
