Our Youth Justice Service has opportunities for people who have a child first ethos and can strike the right balance between support, compliance and innovation. Our trauma informed, restorative environment enables staff to deliver effective support. We know ourselves; our strengths and the areas we are still improving. To strengthen our capacity to drive performance, we have invested in new roles. We are looking for:
A permanent Practice Lead who is educated to degree level and 2 years proven experience in people management and delivering quality assurance activity that delivers better child outcomes. The role will oversee and deploy data, intelligence and support functions across the Youth Justice and Engagement Services. You will be experienced in developing creative assurance tools which identify strengths and areas for improvement and mobilising rapid practice responses.
