We’re looking for an amazing Manager, CRM & Integration to fill this role, which is based in our Santa Clarita office. You’ll be responsible for implementing new software and expanding the team to support necessary skillsets.  You’ll provide technical mentorship to ensure development cycles maintain pace and accuracy, as well as creating and maintaining technical documentation.  You’ll ensures appropriate cross-training and technical support is in place for all team positions.  You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and other IT teams to provide communication and transparency of team efforts and challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and large-scale development in CRM and Integration tracks    
  • Mentor employees on software, processes, and best practices              
  • Recognize business needs and improve applications to provide user friendly, efficient interfaces and solutions that boost productivity       
  • Maintain data integrity and governance processes
  • Ensure applications, processes, and systems are security and privacy compliant
  • Manage backlog of enhancements with Agile development process
  • Provide system and business knowledge, including upgrade recommendations
  • Coordinate development efforts with outside vendors


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 5 years exp leading IT teams
  • Minimum 5 years exp in Salesforce development
  • Minimum 2 years exp in Mulesoft development
  • Coordination of parallel development tracks with vendors and internal initiatives
  • Solid communication skills with business stakeholders and execs
  • Experience in leading a CRM environment
  • Strong leadership skills in a fast-paced development environment
  • Strong history of creating and enforcing governance principles
  • Experience in migrating into new Salesforce and Mulesoft deployments
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

Please note that this position is Hybrid, based in our Santa Clarita or Fort Lauderdale offices.

  • Base Salary Range: $105,200.00 to $142,000.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
