The Analyst, Global HR Analytics & Insights is a key contributor in providing top notch HR Analytics, reporting and insights, technical expertise, and a business/operational focus in support of the organization's HR Strategy. This position will partner and collaborate with senior HR leaders and Brand HR Leads to develop, maintain, and improve analytics and insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, and track goals against benchmarks. This role requires the ability to translate data and insights into meaningful visualizations and stories to drive talent related strategies, action, and decision making at all levels across the organization.
Job Functions:
- Develop HR dashboards to monitor workforce trends, including headcount, turnover, retention, diversity and inclusion, talent development, business continuity, succession planning etc., and identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to HR and business partners on various people-related issues, such as employee engagement, exit surveys, etc., to identify patterns/trends and track goals against benchmarks.
- Advise global HR teams, providing guidance, development, and support on inquiries and requests related to data use, governance, metrics, insights, and trend analysis.
- Collaborate with HRIS and other HR partners to ensure accurate and timely data reporting and analysis.
- Lead data initiatives to define, standardize, cleanse and map HR data, including to other systems and for use in business processes.
- Use metrics to story-tell around the effectiveness and overall health of various functions and processes across the organization.
- Product meaningful presentations based on the analytics and insights on a cyclical and ad hoc basis as determined by our HR Rhythm of the Business.
Qualifications:
Education: BS or BA degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, HR, or related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or related field.
- Prior HR Analytics or related experience strongly desired.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Advanced skills in Excel, ETL tools and techniques, Tableau, Power BI and/or other reporting data visualization tools
- Experience using Human Resources Management Systems (Oracle HCM strongly preferred).
- Experience extracting and manipulating data from large enterprise data platforms and/or HR systems.
- Established analytic capabilities experienced at managing ambiguity and a passion for innovative problem solving.
- Experience making cohesive reports and structuring data from disparate sources, able to provide creative data visualization, storytelling and to message complex subject matter.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy of results, especially in times of rapid turn-around needs.
- Demonstrated judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data.
- Passion for continuous learning and keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices in HR analytics and technology.
Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
Travel: Limited travel, no more than 10%.
Work Conditions: Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
The range for this role’s salary $51,600-$82,000. Offers to the selected candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
