Signage and Partnerships Manager at Heathrow

Job Descrption

This role involves managing projects related to signage, wayfinding, and partnerships at Heathrow. The role requires a professional who is self-motivated, has a strong background in multi-project and stakeholder management, and possesses skills in brand/marketing/governance, design, communication, and organization. The role also includes leading on business-as-usual activities, managing rostered agencies, maintaining signage and wayfinding standards, managing existing brand partnerships, and supporting a new brand partnership strategy with 360 activations across marketing communications channels.

  • Lead the Weekly Signage Collaboration meeting with stakeholders from Services, Operations, Security, Property, Media, Retail, Surface Access, Marketing, Comms, Heathrow Express.
  • Managing all BAU signage/ wayfinding governance, requests, and activity.
  • Understand, manage and knowledge of all S&W/ brand standards and guidelines.
  • Ownership of Signage & Wayfinding SharePoint.
  • Weekly cross terminal site visits to maintain compliance, stakeholder accountability and quality control.
  • Supporting on signage for major infrastructure projects. 
  • Management of new supplier onboarding.
  • Liaising with external stakeholders such as our design, print and installation agencies, Border Force and Heathrow on-airport operational teams to assist with the delivery of signage/ wayfinding updates on digital and fixed formats.
  • Manage the current Sanrio- Mr Men partnership and identify opportunities to amplify across our marcomms channels.
  • Manage partnership requests from around the business and through 3rd parties.
  • Support the Marketing team on the partnership strategy and day to day stakeholder management of any new partnerships.

 

  • Ability to attend regular and reactive in terminal meetings as required. 
  • Proven experience with complex multi stakeholder project management including budgets .
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of good brand and signage governance. 
  • Understanding of cross channel marketing.
  • Excellent verbal, written, spoken English language proficiency.
  • Competent with Microsoft programs Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Ideally, you'll have. 

  • Experience in large scale business desirable.

Working Location

Our agile approach offers the opportunity to combine home working with meetings, events and training at the airport. All roles involve some on-site working each week, so you’ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
