Sales Executive - Norwegian & Swedish Markets

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Despite this, more than three quarters (77%) of SME businesses last year were unable to secure the traditional bank financing they desperately needed to grow and thrive. This has created a $5 trillion funding gap for SMEs globally.

That’s where Liberis steps in! To best help small businesses, Liberis has built the leading global embedded finance platform. Through this, Liberis provides partners with the technology and financial solutions necessary to offer personalised and accessible funding to their small business customers.

The team

 

At Liberis, we provide fast, flexible alternative finance to small-to-medium size businesses. Our personalised and accessible financial solution supports our customers to thrive and in our Sales team, we are committed to making the application process as seamless as possible!

Based in Stockholm, our team of seven covers the Nordic markets; Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway & Iceland. And now we are looking for an enthusiastic Norwegian & Swedish speaking Sales Executive to join us on this exciting journey!

 

The role

As a Liberis Sales Executive, you will join an established sales team working in a fun, energetic and collaborative environment. Quite simply, you will assist businesses owners through the process of accessing our unique funding solution so that they can grow their business. Your key responsibilities in the role will include the below:

 

  • Play a key role in driving sales volumes through conducting engaging and informative inbound and outbound calls to Liberis’ new and existing customers
  • Convert leads in to customers and ensure that no customer falls through the gaps – if we can’t get hold of someone via the phone, drop them an email or consider other creative ways of connecting with them!
  • We have an amazing and proven successful sales approach that we apply here at Liberis and to ensure we are delivering a consistently excellent customer service, we ensure all our Sales Executives are aligned to this approach. That said, we still want you to be able to be yourself and we appreciate there are always better ways to work and no better than a fresh pair of eyes to suggest these improvements, so we are always open to feedback and would empower you to suggest more suitable approaches!
  • Be able to confidently handle objections and challenges with positivity and resilience.
  • Meet or exceed KPI targets – this wouldn’t be a Sales role without KPI’s and we are looking for someone who is really self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed. Whilst our KPI’s are realistic and achievable, we of course want you to smash them and have a really generous commission structure in place to encourage you to do so!
  • Be excellent with time management and able to really maximise the time you spend on the phone to customers.
  • Be a people person! Customers are everything to Liberis so you’ll need to genuinely care and ensure you are building, and maintaining, really strong relationships with our customers whilst helping them to achieve their dreams by showing them how our funding solutions can work.
  • Be able to manage a pipeline of leads and that comes with this!
  • Collaborate with a wide range of other departments within Liberis to make sure the customer journey is at the forefront and we are making this as frictionless as possible.
  • Demonstrate Liberis values: to be open, interested, proactive and bright!

 

We think you’ll need

  • You have some previous experience in either Sales or other customer facing roles
  • You are fluent in the Norwegian & Swedish languages, with working proficiency in the English language
  • You have the drive, desire and proven ability to work hard daily with minimum direct supervision
  • You embrace change and are always looking for ways to use to your own and the teams advantage
  • You have a natural ability to influence and think of creative solutions to overcome challenging customer expectations and objections
  • You are infectiously positive: not everyday is easy!
  • You are a people person: you love being around people and helping others
  • You are a genuinely good listener: you love finding out about other people and how you can help them.
  • You have great self-management: you know how to prioritise tasks to be able to accomplish the most in a day.
