Sales Executive - Competitive base salary + commission (OTE £45-50,000)

Reporting to: Sales Excellence Manager

Location: London, United Kingdom (3 days in the office)

Through this, Liberis provides partners with the technology and financial solutions necessary to offer personalised and accessible funding to their small business customers.

The role 

 

As a Liberis Sales Executive, you will join an established sales team working in a fun, energetic and collaborative environment. Quite simply, you will assist businesses owners through the process of accessing our unique funding solution so that they can grow their business. Your key responsibilities in the role will include the below: 

 

  • Play a key role in driving sales volumes through conducting high volume engaging and informative inbound and outbound calls to Liberis’ new and existing customers  
  • Convert leads into customers and ensure that no customer falls through the gaps – if we can’t get hold of someone via the phone, drop them an email or consider other creative ways of connecting with them! 
  • Be able to confidently handle objections and challenges with positivity and resilience. 
  • Capture feedback & iterate strategies to find the winning approach for Liberis. Capture the learnings from trials and tests and turn these into best practices understood and adopted across Liberis globally. 
  • Meet or exceed KPI targets – this wouldn’t be a Sales role without KPI’s and we are looking for someone who is really self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.  
  • Be a people person! Customers are everything to Liberis so you’ll need to genuinely care and ensure you are building, and maintaining, really strong relationships with our customers whilst helping them to achieve their dreams by showing them how our funding solutions can work. 
  • Collaborate with a wide range of other departments within Liberis to make sure the customer journey is at the forefront and we are making this as frictionless as possible.  
  • Demonstrate Liberis values: to be open, interested, proactive and bright!  

 

 

We think you’ll need 

 

  • Track record in sales, hitting & exceeding targets 
  • A strategic and process-driven approach to selling, with strong time management and prioritisation 
  • You are an excellent communicator & strong relationship builder 
  • You embrace change and are always looking for ways to use to your own and the teams advantage 
  • You have a natural ability to influence and think of creative solutions to overcome challenging customer expectations and objections  
  • You are infectiously positive: not everyday is easy!
