Position Summary
The Director of Residence Life ensures a quality, caring residential community for students which supports their academic goals as well as their faith and personal development. This position works closely with the Residence Life professional staff, providing support and training to ensure the organization, coordination, supervision, and implementation of the residential housing program of the university, serving over 1200 students in multiple residence halls. This position involves budget administration and formulation of unit policies and procedures. The Director of Residence Life reports to the Vice President for Student Success.
The Director of Residence Life is an enthusiastic supporter of Lutheran higher education who exhibits Christ-centered servant leadership and a dedication to student success. This individual is responsible for ensuring that the Concordia University Wisconsin & Ann Arbor mission, vision, and core values are integrated into the daily functions of the residence life programming.

This is a full-time, salaried exempt position that includes housing, parking and a meal plan. Concordia offers a full range of benefits to full-time employees including tuition benefits. The starting wage will be determined upon education and/or experience.
