This position offers compensation of $55,000 - $65,000 per year plus commission, with up to $100,000 per year potential, plus benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, paid time-off and tour and entertainment discounts.
The typical work week is 50 hours, 5 days per week, on-site at multiple NYC locastions, and as a 24/7/365 business, this may require work on weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities and Duties
Lead a team of outside Sales Agents to meet or exceed budgeted goals through coaching, support and collaboration.
Spend approximately 80% of the day in the field and 20% of the day in the office.
Train new hires along with continuation training of outside sales agents.
Work closely with training to identify areas to improve sales skills
Coaching along with training and support will be an essential part of the position and vital to your team’s success.
Mentor sales reps on a daily basis and develop their sales skills.
Identify reporting gaps/needs and use data to target new coaching opportunities and ensure adequate resources/headcount.
Be actively involved in recruiting.
Craft and implement daily and weekly training sessions and other unique learning opportunities to ensure continued development of the team.
Motivate and inspire individuals to exceed goals through training, mentoring, competitions, and creative incentives.
When issues arise, you have the insight and calm to come to a satisfactory resolution.
Qualifications and Skills
1 year of supervisory experience leading an outside sales team
Experience leading a diverse team of employees
High energy and positive attitude
Competitive and data-driven with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding goals
Strong passion for coaching and helping others achieve and exceed goals
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions
Flexible schedule - must be available on Holidays and weekends
Ability and willingness to work in all types of weather
Intermediate working knowledge of Google docs, sheets, slides and drive and Microsoft Office
Ability to work with technical devices
