As a Sales Manager for New York City you will manage the Sales Coordinators and support the field sales agents. In this position you will also be responsible to build an effective strategy for New York City to improve sales along with discovering additional field locations to sell TopView products.

This position offers compensation of $125,000 - $150,000 per year plus commission, with up to $190,000 per year potential, plus benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, paid time-off and tour and entertainment discounts.
The typical work week is 50 hours, 5 days per week, on-site at our midtown offices, and as a 24/7/365 business, this may require work on weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities and Duties for NYC
Lead the recruitment, training, and development of all field sales teams and their respective supporting team members.
Responsible for meeting and exceeding the budgeted sales goals.
Time will be spent both inside the office and in the field developing sales strategies.
Manage multiple locations in NYC.
Report on sales activity to the head of the department.
Develop and revise pricing and commission structures to continuously optimize sales and net revenues.
Demonstrate the ability to manage projects to completion.
Create and analyze reports.
Manage and continuously optimize the development and delivery of training.
Perform all other duties as requested.
Qualifications and Skills
8+ years in Sales Team Management in a role leading a large team.
Field sales experience is a plus.
Gorilla marketing experience is a plus.
High energy and positive attitude.
Strong data analysis skill-set.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straight-forward manner.
Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make independent decisions.
Flexible schedule - must be available on holidays and weekends.
Intermediate ability to use Google Drive, docs, sheets, slides and Microsoft Office.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to periodically travel, including internationally, as required.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Manage time and priorities effectively.
Present ideas and recommendations in a professional, organized and logical manner.
