The Intake Office Coordinator values the importance of providing a red-carpet experience and demonstrates it with every client interaction. They are often the clients' first impression with our firm.
Job Responsibilities
Provide the best client experience with a positive attitude during every client interaction.
Confirm upcoming appointments with clients
Organize daily calendar of scheduled clients
Manage walk-in traffic with scheduled appointments
Capture monthly payments and initial payments
Manage clients’ fingerprints and outgoing FBI and FOIA requests (no specific prior experience required as we will train on these aspects)
Step in for intake interviews when walk in traffic is high or intake team needs support
Verify scheduled appointments in advance with clients by phone
Prepare and send welcome packets in a timely fashion
Maintain a professional and clean front lobby
Assist with filing, copying, other administrative tasks
