We are over 550 professionals and currently looking for a Program Manager to join our Edge Network team. You’ll be working with a team of highly skilled professionals using a modern tech stack and helping to continuously improve our products and how we work.
Role Overview:
As a Program Manager in the Product Department, you'll be at the forefront of driving our product development initiatives. You'll be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring seamless execution of projects within our extensive product portfolio. This role demands a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee multiple projects within the product department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering teams, design teams, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks proactively, and implement effective solutions to ensure project success.
- Facilitate communication and foster strong relationships across cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive strategic initiatives to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency within the product development lifecycle.
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, status reports, and insights into project progress and performance.
Required qualifications & skills:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in program management or project management roles, preferably within the technology or software development industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects, from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product development lifecycle, and best practices in project management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in project management tools, and familiarity with related software development tools and platforms.
- PMP, ScrumMaster, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
