We’re looking for an experienced Team Project Coordinator to support the Apple TV+ originals team in London, reporting to the Executive Assistant to provide high level administrative support.
You will actively work behind the scenes to ensure that our leaders are functioning efficiently. This includes communicating and collaborating with the TV+ teams internationally as well as the wider Services organisation. This role has been created to support the overall commercial and creative success of the TV+ business.
You have a detailed knowledge of our programming portfolio and editorial priorities.
You can provide examples of creating high level keynotes and an extensive knowledge of using iWork (Pages, Numbers, Keynote). In the absence of the Executive Assistant, you will be required to stand in and offer seamless diary management for the Creative Director, Europe, Worldwide Video and Commissioning team members.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing streamer platform in an admin capacity and work at the heart of Apple TV+ in the UK.
Key Qualifications
Proven Support/Coordinator experience and experience of project based work is required.
Experience of high level diary management and supporting C-suite executives.
A background working in television; either for a broadcaster or production company is required.
A passion for TV content with a strong knowledge and understanding of recent broadcasting landscape.
Strong time management skills, meticulous execution of administrative activities and a high attention to detail, organisation and process.
Strong written communication skills with experience expressing information and data concisely through written papers or briefing notes.
Adept at handling data, and able to present analyses in a concise and comprehensible format.
Interest and experience identifying and implementing processes and procedures to improve workflows.
Experience working for an international company across multiple timezones is preferred.
Strong stakeholder management skills and used to working in fast paced environment with tight deadlines, last-minute changes and ambiguity

Description
Work closely with the Executive Assistant to produce materials required for key meetings and events; including briefing notes and high level keynote presentations. Assist with complex diaries and have the ability to step in to provide seamless administrative support where required to the Leadership group.
Handle complex travel in accordance with budget and policy, produce regular updates and communications on recent commissioning activity and programme performance for departments when required.
Maintain and refine internal processes to support wider commissioning team. Liaise with external third party agencies, in particular production houses, producers and talent. Maintain phenomenal relations with the US team, at times anticipating lags in communications due to the timezones and “seeing round corners.”
Help plan and execute internal and external events, in some instances being front of house to on screen talent. Complete and take ownership of ad hoc project work and administrative tasks.
