• Assist and support the EMEA Project Management Lead & the Regional Leads on a day to day basis
• Collaborating with Apple RE&D and their nominated internal/external vendors and partners
• Further develop and implement standardised procedures and templates for the delivery of Capital projects across the region
• Ensure projects are fully co-ordinated across the design disciplines
• Undertake and manage the administrative tasks on multiple, simple to complex projects simultaneously
• Assist in the management of the project costs, budget reviews, raising purchase orders, review and processing of vendor invoices
• Participate in the regional technical/engineering focus group to improve consistency of delivery and service
• Hands-on provision of comprehensive PM tools & services
• Adherence to the use of established protocols, tools & processes – strong compliance
• Manage and follow-up with Apple Stakeholders on project delivery tracking, issues/risks and results
• Own that project(s) meet Apple's time, cost, quality constraints & overall goals and objectives
• Work closely with the other key Apple Delivery Lines of Business (DLOB) including Global Architecture & Design, Finance, IS&T, Legal, Procurement, Security and EH&S plus site Facilities Managers across the EMEA region.

• Proven track record in project management, project life cycle, delivery of projects, project planning, execution and management processes
• Experience in the management of the design and construction fit out of large scale buildings
• Understanding of European construction methods and approval processes
• Regular travel throughout the region to meet project commitments

• Professional Training and Certification CPM, PMI or IFMA certification
• Experience in the delivery of laboratories and fast track delivery models
• Vendor management/performance measurement skills
• Knowledge of design, construction and project management processes
• Understanding of the delivery models for tenant improvement, fit out and new construction projects
• Understanding of Architectural and MEP design and technical terms
• Problem-solving and negotiations skills
• Self Starter, highly motivated to succeed and provide best-in-class PM services
• Project Management software
• Accurate and timely structured reporting ability
• Ability to connect with dispersed internal/external project team
• Fluency in German or another language
