Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 4 years of experience in cash accounting, bank reconciliations, or month-end close activities in a global multi-location organization.
  
• 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 1 year with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master's degree in business administration.
  
• Experience managing project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation.
  
• Experience with spreadsheet technology.
• Ability to propose next steps, roadblock solutions, anticipate questions and challenges, and manage time.
  
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to communicate with senior management.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $99,000-$145,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

• Manage activities and prepare reconciliations focusing on new initiatives and projects.
  
• Support growth for entities and initiatives by building a scalable accounting framework.
  
• Partner with teams across the organization to investigate and resolve reconciling items.
  
• Prepare and post journal entries related to activities in accordance with internal policies and framework.
  
• Support Treasury accounting activities (e.g., investments) by completing month-end close activities and associated reporting, and assist in developing accurate, insightful reporting and dashboards for cash and treasury activities.
