Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in hardware development or developing code/data analyses related to hardware, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action documentation.
Experience in technical communication.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
ASQ certification (e.g., CRE, CQE, etc.).
Experience working at multiple stages in the product life cycle.
Knowledge of Python, SQL, JMP, Weibull++ or similar tools for data analysis and visualization.
Ability to travel domestically up to 15% of the time for work.
Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action documentation.

Responsibilities
Navigate and synthesize product datasets (e.g., telemetry, reliability results, focus area, field returns, customer sentiment, etc.) to identify and motivate areas for product improvement.
Identify true root causes to systemic issues by leveraging all available data sources, including focus area, and referring to cross-product and generation-over-generation information. Distill findings into a clear problem statement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop mitigation strategies, and identify pathways to validate these strategies.
Recommend and drive corrective action to improve future products.
