Job Descrption
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in the e-commerce, consulting, consumer internet, retail/FMCG sector or related tech start-ups.
Experience across strategy and operations, analytics, category management and GTM planning.
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to evolve business and market strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
Ability to work in a changing and ambiguous environment, with an entrepreneurial approach.
Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills with effective business acumen.
Excellent communication, networking, and people management skills to work across various business functions and influence different stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
Excellent analytics skills such as SQL, etc.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Drive hypothesis driven business strategy for YouTube Shopping across users, merchants and creators.
Analyze Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and build robust GTM plans across first-party and third-party businesses.
Build Gross Merchandise Value/business model for shopping. Define OKRs and key trackable metrics for shopping.
Be comfortable with ambiguity to chart out the course for a product in YouTube and have the tenacity to test and learn rapidly to scale.
Build a team culture, collaborate, connect and grow.
