- Proficiency in Matterspace, TeamConnect and other legal software.
- Ability to review and organize numerous documents in complex legal matters.
- Ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
- Excellent analytical and written and verbal communication skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $94,500-$139,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal support to attorneys on a wide range of legal matters, including research, document review, drafting correspondence, and preparing legal filings.
- Manage legal projects from initiation to completion, including tracking deadlines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records, databases, and knowledge repositories.
- Assist with compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct in-depth legal research on complex legal issues, summarizing findings and providing recommendations to attorneys.
