Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or consulting.
Experience with people management in a business operations role or Learning and Development.
Experience managing projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience developing service level agreements across multiple industries.
Experience building or managing education programs/platforms.
Experience creating and delivering high-quality learning solutions and client-facing content across GCS or LCS (e.g., presentation decks, web content, case studies, multimedia-based eLearning, etc.).

The Mastery Team develops and delivers product and skill training to Google Sales and Services teams, as well as external clients, and agency partners. The team is built of learning professionals, sales and marketing leaders, and former consultants and analysts who launch learning programs to help audiences thrive.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $221,000-$314,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Build relationships and be accountable for Joint Learning Plans for GCS sellers to ensure Mastery programs are aligned with joint accountability.
Plan, coordinate, and execute learning strategies that are in sync with business priorities and business plans for a region, channel, or business unit of GCS.
Lead, coach, and mentor other learning strategists and business partners
Partner with leads to ensure Mastery programs are integrated into the local/regional go-to-market approaches.
Partner across strategy as a key consultant and informant on business planning and curriculum roadmap.
