Minimum qualifications:

• Experience in maintenance, monitoring of server systems, operating systems, or networking protocols.
  
• Experience in Hardware, Networking Equipment, Operating Systems, and Data Center Operations.
• Experience in a data center, network operation center, help desk, or similar environments.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience coding in Python and/or Golang
• Ability to work non-standard hours and differing work rotations/shifts.

As an Operations Technician, you'll install, configure, test, troubleshoot and maintain hardware (like servers and its components) and server software (like Google's Linux cluster). The US base salary range for this full-time position is $66,500-$100,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Contribute to and lead efforts/projects in the deployment, maintenance and support of current and new data center servers and network infrastructure.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and resolve critical or escalated technical issues over a significant population of affected equipment.
• Assist in deploying next generation ML platforms, providing feedback to local deployment / project teams
• Help test and troubleshoot new complex server hardware components and designs.
• Configure and troubleshoot OS-related issues on servers.
