Job Description / Responsibilities
• Follow the activity checklist for company accounts thoroughly.
• Coordinate with clients & company staff for accounts-related work.
• Collection of documents and confirmation by email.
• Prepare and record asset, liabilities, revenue and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, and resolving queries.
• Maintain the general ledger by, transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trail balance, and reconciling entries.
• Summarize financial status by collecting information, and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss, and other statements.
• Complete external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; and providing information for auditors.
• Secure financial information by completing database... backup.
• Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• To update MIS/ERP on a daily basis.
• Email daily worksheet to reporting manager.
• Update professional knowledge on a regular basis.
• Maintain inward/outward for all documents exchanged with clients on a daily basis.
• To assist Managers.
• Communicating with Supervisors, Peers or Subordinates.
• Adherence to all company-related policies.
• Any other task assigned by the management.

Salary, 2500 - 5000 AED
