We are currently seeking a talented Global Payroll & HR Specialist to join our dynamic team based in our Dubai office. The selected employee will ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll across diverse locations such as the US, Canada, Copenhagen, Singapore and Dubai. Serving as a pivotal link between HR and finance departments, this role upholds the integrity and efficiency of payroll operations. Responsibilities encompass updating HRIS with employee data, ensuring precise and timely management of information, including recording holidays, sick leave, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor global payroll activities across Dubai, Singapore, Copenhagen, US, Canada, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
• Update HRIS with employee data, ensuring precise and timely management of information, including recording holidays, sick leave, and paid time off.
• Provide monthly and... periodic payroll reports to Accounting.
• Assist in the complete and accurate funding of payroll accounts with timely reports to Treasury.
• Handle onboarding, termination, and resignation processes.
• Research, analyze, and resolve payroll-related issues for employees.
• Generate payroll reports and bonus and remuneration reports for management review.
• Support the maintenance, implementation or upgrade of HR software.
• Coordinate with external auditors for payroll audits.
• Monitor changes in payroll laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across all locations.
• Collaborate closely with the finance department to streamline payroll operations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in global payroll management.
• Proven experience with BambooHR.
• Strong understanding of international payroll processes and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in working with multicultural teams in an international organization.
• Impeccable eye for details and ability to manage confidential details.
