We are seeking a skilled Azure Infra and App Modernization Lead to guide our team of Azure Consultants and DevOps professionals. The role involves designing and managing Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters, implementing Azure DevOps pipelines, and overseeing infrastructure migration projects. You will provide technical leadership, troubleshoot complex issues, and stay updated with the latest Azure technologies. Team Leadership: • Lead and mentor a team of Azure Consultants and devops team • Provide technical guidance and support to team members. • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. • Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing projects. • Inspire and motivate the team to achieve their best performance. • Maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism • Strong ability to make informed decisions quickly and effectively. Azure Solutions Management: • Design, deploy, and manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters. • Implement and... manage Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD. • Develop and manage Azure App Services and PaaS solutions. • Oversee infrastructure migration projects to Azure, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption. • Strong knowledge on infra migrations Technical Expertise: • Maintain a deep understanding of Azure services and best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Azure deployments, if team need support. • Stay updated with the latest Azure features and technologies. • Requires very good solutioning skills • Strong background in AKS, Azure DevOps, App Services, and PaaS. • Experience with infrastructure migration to Azure. • Azure networking skills • Proper understanding on Azure DR Presales and Client Engagement: • Support the sales team with technical expertise during the presales process. • Conduct client presentations and technical workshops. • Develop proposals and solutions that meet client requirements and business objectives. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer) are highly desirable
