The Job:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Assistant to support both our Online Marketing Manager and Ecommerce Operations Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the smooth operation of our eCommerce stores and assist in... driving growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. You'll be collaborating across departments, ensuring marketing efforts and daily operational activities are aligned and efficiently executed.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various online platforms.
• Support in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Help plan and implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and relevant content for websites, blogs, and social media.
• Monitor performance metrics and assist in reporting on KPIs for both marketing campaigns and eCommerce store operations.
• Aid in streamlining daily eCommerce operations, ensuring smooth coordination between marketing, product sourcing, and customer service teams.
• Keep track of daily store activities and assist in weekly performance reporting.
• Maintain regular communication with store owners and other stakeholders to provide updates on activities, progress, and upcoming initiatives.
• Assist with the due diligence process for new store acquisitions and contribute to growth strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with external partners, agencies, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience or interest in digital marketing and eCommerce operations.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest, TikTok) and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics).
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a performance-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across teams and with external partners.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and marketing automation tools is a plus.
• A strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering results.
