• Proficient in MS Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.

Job Description:
• Performing monthly reconciliations for suppliers, subcontractors, and credit cards.
• Preparing payments, reviewing aging analysis, and managing bill allocation through ERP systems.
• Developing monthly reports for due payments in alignment with payment terms.
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors via email and phone to collect Statements of Account (SOAs) and arrange payment releases.
• Developing daily tracking reports for single-signature and dual-signature cheques.
• Organizing and maintaining all accounting vouchers, cheques, and documents.
• Preparing daily cheque... disbursement reports for CFO review and approval.
• Managing monthly closings of accounts payables.
• Reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts.
• Conducting account analysis as needed.
• Assisting with year-end financial closings.
