Experience : We are currently seeking a dedicated Account Receivable executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the billing and collection processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities: • Create invoices and credit memos and distribute them to customers through various channels. • Maintain accurate customer records and issue monthly customer statements. • Monitor and follow up on overdue payments, ensuring timely collection of outstanding accounts receivable. • Process and post customer receipts promptly and accurately. • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction. • Prepare and analyze aging reports to assess the status of accounts and identify areas for improvement. • Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries and concerns... Qualifications: • Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • Strong general math skills with the ability to perform basic calculations accurately. • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret financial data effectively. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
