Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Team Leader with up to 2 years of experience to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations within our hotels. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead the housekeeping team, ensuring adherence to cleanliness and service standards.
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocols to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations to promote... high-quality service.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and maintenance of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Address guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Maximum of 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Leader in a luxury hotel or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Skills Required:
• Leadership: Ability to motivate and manage a team to deliver exceptional service.
• Operational Management: Efficiently manage housekeeping operations, including scheduling and inventory control.
• Guest Relations: Capability to address and resolve guest concerns related to housekeeping services.
• Training & Development: Skilled in training and developing team members to ensure service excellence.
• Problem-Solving: Effective in identifying and resolving issues related to housekeeping operations.
