Bozel is a prominent Turkish Food company with a diverse portfolio of serving and operations. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee and manage accounting functions across multiple sites. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient financial operations.

Job Overview
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing accounting activities for multiple locations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. This role involves financial reporting, analysis, tax compliance, and coordination with site managers to ensure seamless financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review accurate and timely financial statements and reports for multiple sites, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform and oversee reconciliation of general ledger accounts, ensuring discrepancies are identified... and resolved promptly.
• Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets for various sites, providing analysis and insights to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations. Coordinate with external auditors during audits and manage audit processes.
• Tax Returns: Timely submission of tax returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Transaction Processing: Oversee and ensure proper processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other financial transactions for multiple sites.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or operational improvements.
• Coordination: Work closely with site managers and financial teams to gather financial data, address issues, and provide support for financial operations.
• System Maintenance: Manage and maintain accounting systems and software, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.

Qualifications:
• Masters’s or Bechelors degree at least in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting within the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and locations.
