OES is a leading international specialist of third-party inspection, audit, appraisal, certification and project services to the oil and gas industry who are currently experiencing rapid growth.

The Opportunity

We are seeking to recruit a QMS Auditor for our client for a 1-month assignment. The selected candidate will need to be available starting from 1st October 2024.

Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Duration : 01 Months

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow all office related procedures and relevance
• Develop the audit plan, scope, objectives, and schedule based on organizational needs and QMS standards
• Conduct Audits
• Assessing Process Effectiveness
• Identifying Non-Conformities
• Reporting Findings
• Recommending and Follow-up on Corrective Actions
• Ensuring Compliance with Standards
• Ensure audits are conducted objectively and without bias, maintaining the integrity and independence of the auditing process.
• Provide input on Continuous Improvement
• Stay current with... changes in industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in QMS auditing.
• Provide guidance or training to other auditors, staff, or management on QMS requirements and audit processes.
• Ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by the supervisors / management

Requirements:
• Extensive experience in quality management systems,
• Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental management.
• Certified lead auditor "certified in Auditing, ISO9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards".
• Quality professionals who have successfully conducted numerous QHSE audits across oil and gas industry.
• Expertise includes gap analysis, internal and external audits, corrective action management, and continual improvement initiatives.
• Skilled in identifying non-conformities, providing actionable recommendations, and supporting organizations in achieving certification and maintaining compliance.
• Experienced in oil and gas facilities, and maintenance audits

Ideal candidates must have:

· Experience in Oil and Gas – upstream inspection company

· An excellent command of verbal and written English skills

· A confident and resilient personality.

· Problem-solving skills with the ability to ‘think outside the box’ and react quickly to changing situations

· Be fully competent in Microsoft Office
