Job Descrption
The following are your job responsibilities as assigned to you currently but not limited to, as additional duties may be assigned to you from time to time.
PRE-TENDER PROCESS
• Checking received BOQ, Specifications and Detail Drawings.
• Categorizing the items according to the details.
• If any details are required sending the RFI to the client and follow up.
• Identify labour, material and time requirement.
• Technical evaluation with design team, production team and suppliers.
• Coordinating the suppliers- sending the enquiries for the outsource items and following up the quotations.
• Taking off quantity- Preparation of the cost sheets according to the received detail, specifications and BOQ.
• Evaluation of sub-contractors quotation
• Preparation of the cost sheet labour and time durations.
• Preparation of the BOQ.
• Final checking of the costing and BOQ.
• Sending to the final approval from management.
• Submission of the BOQ with covering letter.
POST-TENDER PROCESS
•... Attending to the price negotiations and price evaluations with client and management.
• If need revising the BOQ.
• Evaluation and final checking of the LPO and Agreement of the client.
• Coordination with the Accounts Department, Production Department and Design Department.
• Preparation of the quotation for additional work and variations.
• Coordinating with client for the approval of the submitted additional works and variations.
• Coordinating with Accounts Department for preparation of final bill.
• Price evaluation of the pre-tender and post-tender.
