Position:Junior Engineer - Civil Engineering (Planning & Quality)
Department: Civil Engineering

Purpose:

- To performs general civil engineering

work.

Summary of the Job Role:

- Performs general civil engineering

work, carrying out complex technical

details, making inspections and

preparing simple designs.

Authorities:

None

Key Outputs:

 Supervises and inspects minor construction and maintenance work

 Inspects construction materials to see that they conform to

specifications

 Makes measurements and obtains design data

 Obtains data for computation of quantities

 Makes surveys for determining payments to contractors

 Prepares progress reports

 Serves as site inspector on contracted and sub-contracted work

 Computes and checks estimate

- Perform other related duties as required.

Relationships:

Internal

 Project Manager. Constriction Manager. Sr. Engineer. Foreman. Charge

hand. QA/QC Engineer. HSE Advisor

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in civil... engineering,

construction engineering.

Skills/Knowledge:

- Good knowledge of surveying,

- Good knowledge of the principles and

practices of civil engineering

- Good knowledge of the methods and

equipment used in construction.

- Ability to effectively use computer

applications such as CAD, MS Office

programmers.

- Ability to read, write, and communicate in

English

- Computer literate working knowledge of

Microsoft Office suite (or equivalent) and

other project tools related to job.

- Well awareness on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and

ISO 45001.

Experience:

- Fresh graduate

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
