Job Descrption

• Coordinate with sub-contractors to receive input for pricing on labor, materials, and other costs
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors and receive the most competitive offers and delivery schedules
• Administer, develop, and maintain up-to-date project estimates reflecting project scenarios, strategies, and priorities and identify materials with long lead constraints
• Perform post-audit reviews of bids lost and actual performance of awarded projects
• Review all estimating systems on an ongoing basis to ensure that the efficiency of the department is maximized
• Submit accurate cost estimates on schedule with all required documents
• Ensure all bids submitted are competitive in terms of labor and material
• Create a summary for the entire project/proposal, including the costs of labor, equipment materials, sub-contracts, overhead, insurance, mark-up, and any other costs that may affect the project

Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar field
•... Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar field
