Experience- 7-9 years

Industry- Should be from travel & tourism background, Having luxury travel management experience.

● Provide sales reports to the Senior Management

● Work closely with the Company Operations Head to brainstorm and implement alternative and innovative ideas for achieving new business strategies and future trends ● Oversee the smooth, efficient running of the Luxury Travel operations ● Motivate the sales team to hit and exceed their targets and ensure company profitability ● Meet regularly with the Travel Team to give them sales figures and plan how they approach their work

● Meet company officers who advise on strategy and find out about any local issues and best to address them

● Promote and market the business to new or niche markets

● Manage budgets and maintain statistical and financial records

● Sell travel products and tour packages (tailor-made trips)

● Source products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel... and sustainable tourism

● Deliver and exceed branch performance and productivity

● To gather information on issues and amenities of interest to clienteles ● Liaise with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules

● Deal with customer inquiries and aim to meet their expectations

● Oversee the recruitment, selection and retention of staff as well as staff training ● Organize incentives, bonus schemes and competitions

● Deal with disciplinary matters and customer complaints.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10.00 - AED12.00 per month

Experience:
• Luxury Travel Management: 7 years (Required)
• Saber GDS: 4 years (Required)
• Salesforce CRM system: 3 years (Required)
