Job Descrption
1. JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for performing day to day cooking tasks. Manage other employees in the kitchen, equipment and kitchen tools, Ensure the hygiene, quality & safety of food. To assist the accommodation in- charge in case of food related issues when required.
2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE
· High school with cooking skills.
· Good communication skills in Hindi. Knowledge in English is an added advantage
· Experience in gulf countries is an added advantage.
· 4 -10 years of experience in the same role.
· Experience in preparation of different types of North Indian, South Indian, Chinese & Arabic Food items.
· Age criteria of the candidate should be below 35 Yrs.
3. COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
· Immediate Supervisor – Support the Staff In charge on the Staff Accommodation Audit, Systems, Compliance and standardization with standard operating procedures
· Assist employees, Directors and guests visiting the Accommodation

· Providing food services to employees and guests.
· Make sure the kitchen premise is clean. Monitor the kitchen helper used by the company for maintaining cleanliness.
· Dealing with queries or requests from all the employees.
· Monitoring the use of gas system, power operated tools & Equipment’s in the kitchen.
· Reporting the all the kitchen related maintenance to the accommodation in – charge.
· Assisting the accommodation in – charge for mess purchase.
· Conducting the daily audit to avoid the usage of expired items.
· Helping the accommodation to make cooking plan in order to reduce wastage of food.
· Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the kitchen and accommodation as well.
· Reporting all the pest related issues at kitchen to the accommodation in charge.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 per month
