Job Summary: The Site Engineer will oversee construction projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects.Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports.Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors.Oversee construction activities to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.Conduct regular site inspections and assessments.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.Interpret and implement technical drawings and plans.Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with design and specifications.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.Implement safety measures and ensure all workers follow safety protocols.Manage the... procurement of materials and equipment.Track and control construction costs.Optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.Implement quality control measures to ensure project standards are met.Document any defects or deviations and ensure corrective actions are taken.Facilitate effective communication between all parties involved in the project.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
